Tony is a business attorney who advises clients in transactions and negotiations at all stages. He counsels clients through M&A and financing transactions, and has a variety of corporate and litigation experience, including drafting and enforcing employment agreements, entity formations, share buyback settlements and compliance with SEC regulations. He provides efficient solutions which allow clients to focus on fulfilling their business goals.
Tony is a former high school basketball coach and has always enjoyed using basketball to connect with his local community. He has worked with multiple basketball focused non-profits in Miami, and organized a free basketball clinic in his home state of Connecticut, where 55 boys and girls received individualized instruction from college coaches and players.

Julian brings an entrepreneurial spirit to the practice of law—mixing real world experience in private equity and venture capital. Like many lawyers at PAG Law, Julian is bi-cultural and a fluent Spanish speaker, enabling him to be equally comfortable counseling clients in English and Spanish.
Having spent his formative years living in Miami and Cali (Colombia), Julian earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Fordham University in New York City. At Fordham, Julian thrived in positions of leadership, serving as Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, and founding the Artist Representation Society, a student-led group that offers multidisciplinary guidance to artists in the NYC artistic community.
Prior to joining PAG, Julian gained in-house experience at GPI Capital, a New York and London-based private equity fund recognized as a pioneer in the field of transformative non-control structured and growth equity investments in technology, consumer, and industrial companies across the globe. Julian’s real-world experience has shaped him into a practical lawyer that advances his clients’ objectives of consummating transactions while remaining in compliance with complex legal and regulatory requirements. Julian is licensed to practice law in Florida and New York.

Manuel’s practice focuses on representing businesses, entrepreneurs and investors in litigation and alternate forms of dispute resolution. Prior to his clerkship, Manuel represented clients in complex business litigation and employment matters. He also worked alongside court-appointed receivers in government enforcement actions brought by the SEC and FTC based on securities and consumer fraud and in related asset recovery litigation.
Manuel was awarded his JD with honors from the University of Miami School of Law and his MBA with honors from the Freeman School of Business at Tulane University. During his MBA studies, Manuel collaborated with several startups and nonprofits to solve their financial and marketing needs. Manuel also graduated with honors from Tulane University with a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Alexandra is an astute and deliberative litigator who leaves no stones unturned in her pursuit of favorable outcomes for her clients. Alexandra began her practice at Boies Schiller Flexner LLP, where she took on Fortune 500 companies in high-risk commercial litigation matters, class actions and multi-district litigations.
Prior to joining PAG, Alexandra clerked for a Federal Magistrate Judge in the Southern District of Florida, where she was responsible for drafting orders and report and recommendations on complex legal issues including contract disputes, employment discrimination and fair labor actions, trademark disputes, personal injury actions, social security actions, and class actions.
Alexandra graduated with Honors from the University of Miami School of Law. Prior to law school, Alexandra graduated from New York University and worked at a startup in New York City that was acquired by Apple.

Before earning his Juris Doctor (J.D.) at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL, Mario navigated the intersection of government affairs and emerging technologies as part of the Government Relations team for prominent companies, including Uber Technologies and the Moffit Cancer and Research Center. Mario’s experience in managing several important political campaigns for the United States Congress and Florida legislature equipped him with a great understanding of how to efficiently design and implement policy solutions and general outreach strategies to advance clients’ specific needs.
Prior to joining PAG, Mario co-founded The Network EC, a media outlet that actively covers venture capital and startups in LatAm. This exposure to Latin American entrepreneurship and venture capital ecosystem has enabled him to adopt a business-oriented approach as he counsels clients to conduct business in the U.S. legal system.
